Check their how to install guide and faq.

As I’ve told you before for playing those videos you need TCPMP player with FLV plug-in. You can download those from this site itself. This site also allows you to download flv video file on handset. You need to set buffer properly for the TCPMP player’s settings.

This is bandwidth consuming site, make your internet data access plan unlimited to avoid unlimited bill ;)

Remember, this is not YouTube’s mobile version; this is some third party website.

Rohan Chandanehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07107749385293813382noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6698301562805728699.post-34842231168602820282008-02-26T21:40:00.000-08:002008-02-27T00:47:26.822-08:00My J2ME notes on RMS and IOEarlier in MyCodeFactory blog I have published few of my study notes on J2ME. This application is currently compatible with few Nokia models of S60 series, 6110, 6120, E65, N73, and N95; and some Sony Ericsson smartphones, including the k800 and w880.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj4uoTte7XYzkdgwJuWBlxWLUmdEZZvX_adzoLngaPm6YI0BFLFGLDwTV-jzd8wEyRaewmOeMC_6hpOUEzqIb3J7ppkpFA9m1BCPPmRB1pnrmHO1Wgm9EII9mcUHeae6kspsKjBEuu2YoA/s320/youtube1.gif" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5159337277943624978" />
Download this application from m.youtube.com/app site from your mobile.

Earlier, YouTube released a mobile version of beta website and working pretty good on iPhones.

Rohan Chandanehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07107749385293813382noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6698301562805728699.post-32607310328527656762008-01-24T01:34:00.000-08:002008-01-24T01:43:48.625-08:00No need to learn foreign language ..your mobile will speak and translate for you!Sounds interesting? But whenever I was pressing run video link on youtube TCPMP player was not supporting with showing error in format. Grrr.. what to do?

Then, while searching for flv player for windows mobile, I came across TCPMP FLV Plugin , an open source plug-in developed for TCPMP player. Download this TCPMP with its FLV plug-in and start using the YouTube. One thing you need to make sure that you have an unlimited internet data plan on your mobile, because these videos will take lot of bandwidth.

TCPMP player supports multiple audio and video format supported, however this is closed open source project. Commercial version for this is available as CorePlayer. TCPMP player is only for windows based systems only.

Now, if you have other than windows mobile how you can surf and view videos on your Nokia mobiles?

Yes, it has a solution. emTube is freeware application for Symbian based mobiles. It is written by Sebastian Jedruszkiewicz. If you like this application, you can donate the author.

Rohan Chandanehttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07107749385293813382noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6698301562805728699.post-72602575708958169582008-01-13T20:53:00.000-08:002008-12-11T00:52:58.302-08:00Win HTC Touch, by downloading Yahoo Go! on your HTC!<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbJFYQAzwTAlSpD5Ss9wuPLCM79JfhxdfdHkMgPxjufMcxr6AMNOgiwHdJoIlkMKYd04a8Kh_Wj9_-kvQd5dQmhP53P3S5Dp7hzKrlCJx2eFupNlBm6PMOOZxVZBytYl8fXKNliz-kvvY/s320/HTC_YAhooGo.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5155191098585969090" />
There is a chance to win HTC Touch dual. Handset with internet connectivity, at least EDGE or Wi-Fi enabled.
Even if you don’t have 3G handset, don’t worry. You just need to take care that your handset should be EDGE or Wi-Fi enabled. Then for Wi-Fi, you need to search for hotspots and call within the range of WiFi network. For EDGE (Extended GPRS), You need to activate service from your operator.

2. Application installation provision on handset.
Better to have Symbian OS, Windows Mobile, Blackberry phones or Android OS (yeah, it's not yet launched ;)) These OS will allow user to install applications and many applications are already developed considering these OS. Install those to avail VoIP calling facility on phone.

3. If you have greater connectivity on handset with 3G (W-CDMA etc) or WiMAX network that will be the best.
W-CDMA is a replacement for EDGE with greater bandwidth. As per the report from the research firm Disruptive Analysis, 3G VoIP will draw more than 250 million users by 2021, as compared to less than 100 million voice users on Wi-Fi. Wireless internet access will improve soon with WiMAX technologies, which has greater range than wi-fi. For scalability, try to buy to 3G handsets.

Current problems in VoIP -
1. Many basic handsets doesn't have provision to install VoIP application

2. Even if handset has provision, Telecom operator have control over VoIP call, like they will not allow those calls from server or they will keep high price for the Internet connectivity using handset. T-mobile warns their customer that if they found customers making VoIP calls using their 3G handsets to truphone VoIP numbers, they will restrict the internet access for them.

3. There is no standardization among VoIP providers. From operator to operators they will charge for VoIP calls. In fact they allow making VoIP calls freely on their own network.

Things are changing in VoIP
Fring like mobile applications are the revolutionary step in mobile VoIP platform.
